Post times if you have them. Clearly it is the Skyliner. The Skyliner is ongoing and you barely have to wait. For the Friendship boats, you may have to wait up to 20 minutes, so I would say the Skyliner is definitely quicker to get from Hollywood Studios to Epcot.

While it would be delightful to enjoy a leisurely cruise from Epcot to Disney Springs, it is not possible. Instead, Guests wishing to utilize Disney's complimentary transportation will make their way to Epcot's bus depot.
So with Epcot to Hollywood, go to the international gateway, take the skyliner and stay on through Riviera (they let you).Then, at Caribbean Beach, get off and transfer to the Hollywood Studios line. This takes about 20 minutes total from my experience with no/minimal lines.
