Up to 10 people can ride together and enjoy a relaxing, two hour cruise, and the magic that is Disney's fireworks show. We met at the Contemporary Resort Marina, about an hour and a half before fireworks began, to check in.

I highly recommend making the Specialty Fireworks Cruise part of your vacation - it will be the highlight! Each time we've done this cruise, it's been the most memorable part of the trip and it's something we'll continue to do over and over again - truly one of the best experiences Walt Disney World has to offer.
Your cruise will include snacks and soft drinks, along with a few decorations to make the ride even more festive! And, for a more “spirited” cruise, Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol, but glass bottles are not allowed. Sarah, enjoy your view of Happily Ever After aboard the Fireworks Cruise!
Many of the beverages served during your cruise are complimentary. However, all alcoholic beverages and certain other drinks will be charged to your stateroom folio. Beverages included at no extra charge: Soft drinks, coffee and tea served during meals.
DCL is the only ones in the world to do fireworks at sea, but if you notice when you leave port on fireworks night, the other ships get closer than at any other time. The captains do this so their poor miserable people can see the fireworks too!
Once you are onboard the Disney Wish, you can open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to view the daily activity schedule. You'll be able to see when the pirate-themed deck party that culminates in fireworks will be scheduled.
As much as we're sure Disney would like to, they don't control the weather. Depending on when and where you sail, you're likely to find that temperatures on cooler weather itineraries average in the 40s-60s during the day – you're unlikely to encounter anything truly frigid during any DCL trip.
Firework shows happen nightly EXCEPT on nights when the park closes early (like for Mickey's-Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, or for select events like Cast Member appreciation nights). There really aren't any spots to eat and watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom.
You will definitely have time to stay in the park after the fireworks show. In fact, as long as you are in line for an attraction before 10:00 pm, you will be allowed to wait in that line until you are able to enjoy the attraction. Please check the Hours and Events Calendar as your holiday nears.
Overall, based on our experience, I'd say Disney Cruises are best for kids between three and 10. This is the age range when kids generally enjoy the Disney elements the most. Of course every kid is different – if your teens still love Disney, they'll be happy on the ship.
Yes, but there is an alcohol limit.Let me repeat that: the wine or champagne you can bring MUST be in your carry-on bags. Additionally, any alcohol you bring on the cruise can't be enjoyed in any lounge or public areas. So, you need to plan to drink it in your stateroom or on your balcony.
Yes, you can carry a case of water on the ship if you would like. Please keep in mind that your stateroom may not be ready to enter until 1:30 p.m. on the day of your arrival. You will need to keep your carry-on luggage with you until you can access your stateroom.
