How long is the monorail ride at Disneyland?

The Disneyland Monorail is an attraction and transportation line at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, United States. It was the first daily operating monorail over all.

The Disneyland Monorail in California offers a scenic, 13-minute round-trip journey covering a 2.5-mile loop. In 2026, the ride continues to serve as both a high-speed transportation system and a classic attraction. It features two main stations: one in Tomorrowland (above the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage) and one in the Downtown Disney District. A one-way trip between these two points takes approximately 5 to 7 minutes. The monorail provides unique "bird's-eye" views of Disney California Adventure, the Grand Californian Hotel, and parts of Fantasyland that are not visible from the ground. Because the Mark VII trains use a 600-volt DC power source, the ride is remarkably quiet and emission-free. It is a "pro-tip" to board at Downtown Disney to "skip" the main gate turnstiles and enter the park directly into Tomorrowland.
