How many steps a day in Disney?

Pace yourself and spread out the long days in the parks. A week at Disney is going to give you days of walking well over that 10,000 step count we are supposed to get. Most days will give you well over 15,000 or even 20,000.

People Also Ask

We usually hover around 20k steps for a full day at Disneyland. I don't know if that's from inefficiency but we enjoy it. It also allows us to eat more junk food :) I hit about 31,000 one time.

20,207 steps. (10 miles!!!) As you can see it was VERY easy to hit my 10K/day at the Disney Parks. There are a few websites that you can check for maps of miles around the parks.

You can't do everything at Disneyland in a single day, and you shouldn't feel pressure to. You can ride all the rides without much difficulty many days, but you'll miss out on some other attractions, entertainment, and characters. You'll want to know what your priorities are before you get to the park.

I'd recommend training to hit at least 10,000 steps per day two weeks prior to stepping foot in the parks, but would push for 12,000-15,000 during a couple of days during those weeks.

NO. I think if you really want to relax and enjoy your visit to Disney World, plan for at least 3 or 4 days. Then you can kind of do 1-2 parks a day and add in time to visit the water parks, Disney Springs, and enjoy your resort. But that's not why you're here.

You do not need to run the Castaway Cay 5K; you can absolutely walk it! I have done this course a couple of times, I have the medals to prove it, and I certainly walked more than I ran!
