At each card anniversary, you will earn 1 domestic economy fare companion certificate if you spend $20,000 or more on eligible purchases on your card within your cardmember year and then renew your card and pay its annual fee. The companion certificate is good for 1 guest at $99, plus the taxes and fees of the ticket.
