How much does the Disney internship cost?

A non-refundable program fee of $442 is required for all Disney Program participants. Fee payment looks different depending on your program type, so please read the following carefully: International Program participants must pay the full, non-refundable program fee of $442* upon acceptance of their offer.

The Disney College Program (DCP) in 2026 requires a non-refundable "Program Participation Fee" of $467 due immediately upon acceptance. This fee is broken down into two parts: $240 covers administrative costs, activities, and events held throughout the semester, while the remaining $227 covers your initial housing costs if you live at Flamingo Crossings Village. Once you arrive, the "cost" shifts to a weekly rent model, which in 2026 ranges from $227 to $275 per week, depending on your apartment's bedroom and bathroom configuration. This rent is automatically deducted from your weekly paycheck. While the program pays a competitive hourly wage (starting at $18/hour in 2026), participants are responsible for their own travel to Florida, food, and personal expenses. Essentially, the "upfront cost" is the $467 fee, but the "ongoing cost" is the rent deduction, which is balanced by the income you earn working in the parks or resorts.
