How tall do you have to be to go on the Ultimate Abyss?

The Ultimate Abyss is more than 150 feet above sea level and offers side-by-side slides that send guests down 10 decks at a rate of 9 miles per hour. What is this? Guests must be 44" (1.1M) tall to go on the slide.

To experience the Ultimate Abyss, the 10-story dry slide found on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis-class ships, guests must meet a minimum height requirement of 44 inches (112 cm). This safety standard is strictly enforced because the slide is a high-speed attraction that uses specialized mats to propel riders through a series of twists, turns, and multisensory effects, reaching more than 150 feet above sea level. In addition to the height requirement, there is typically a maximum weight limit of 330 lbs (150 kg) to ensure the safety and structural integrity of the descent. The ride is considered a "dry" thrill, meaning you don't need a swimsuit, but you should be prepared for a fairly intense, dark, and fast experience that lasts about 13 seconds from the glass platform to the Boardwalk.
