How to add genie to existing park tickets?

Can I add Genie+ to my existing Disney tickets?
  1. Once you've entered the theme park, open the Disneyland app.
  2. Select the menu option on the right-hand bottom navigation in the app.
  3. Select “My Genie Day” and click on the purple “Get Disney Genie+ for Today” link.
