How to buy alcohol at Disney?

Any Guest who wishes to purchase an alcoholic beverage at Walt Disney World Resort must present one of the following valid forms of identification:
  1. U.S. state driver's license (includes U.S. territories*)
  2. U.S. state ID (includes U.S. territories*)
  3. U.S. military ID.
  4. Original passport.

Buying alcohol at Disney in 2026 varies slightly between the Florida and California resorts. At Walt Disney World (Florida), alcohol is widely available at all four theme parks, though Magic Kingdom only serves it at sit-down "Table Service" restaurants (it is not sold at kiosks or quick-service windows). EPCOT is the most famous for its "Drink Around the World" experience at the World Showcase. At Disneyland (California), alcohol was historically very restricted, but it is now available at select sit-down restaurants in Disneyland Park and at numerous locations throughout Disney California Adventure and Downtown Disney. Regardless of the location, you must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID. For international guests, Disney has a strict policy: you must present an original passport along with a secondary form of government ID from your home country. Digital copies or temporary IDs are generally not accepted, so always carry your physical passport if you plan on enjoying a cocktail or a craft beer during your "magical" day at the parks.
