How to buy another ticket for Disneyland when you already reserved?

Help with Tickets – Frequently Asked Questions
  1. Visit My Theme Park Reservations.
  2. Choose Modify Reservation for the park reservation you'd like to modify.
  3. Select the members of your party who will be modifying their park reservation. ...
  4. Choose the new date by selecting an available date on the park reservations calendar.

If you already have a Disneyland ticket and reservation but want to purchase an additional ticket for another person (or another day), you must treat the second ticket as a completely separate transaction. Log into your MyDisney account on the Disneyland website or app and navigate to the "Theme Park Tickets" section. Select the ticket type and the number of days, and then—crucially—check the Reservation Availability Calendar before finalizing the purchase. Once the second ticket is bought, you must immediately make a separate park reservation for it. To ensure your entire group stays together, you can "link" the new ticket to your account by scanning its barcode or entering the ticket number. This allows you to manage park reservations and, later, Lightning Lane selections for the whole "party" at once. In 2026, keep in mind that having a reservation for one person does not "save" a spot for another; you must secure a confirmed reservation for every individual ticket in your group before the park reaches its daily capacity.

Refresh the reservation page Ticket sales may appear to be static, but that's not actually true. Guests make and cancel reservations all the time, which means it'll benefit you to keep checking back. If your preferred park is sold out, you'll want to periodically refresh Disney's reservation page.
