How to get BTS card in Bangkok?

To get your Rabbit Card, simply choose the designated pick-up location (Klook counter at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Klook counter at centralwOrld shopping mall) and present your order confirmation.

To get a BTS Rabbit Card in Bangkok, you must visit any BTS Skytrain station ticket office. You cannot currently buy these from the automated vending machines, as Thai law requires all "stored value" cards to be registered with a form of identification. You will need to present your physical passport to the station staff. The initial cost is typically around 200 Thai Baht, which includes a 100 Baht non-refundable issuance fee and 100 Baht of initial travel credit. Once you have the card, you can "top up" the balance at any station counter or via the "My Rabbit" mobile app if your phone has NFC capabilities. The Rabbit Card is essential for frequent travelers in Bangkok because it saves you from waiting in long lines for single-trip tickets and can also be used for payments at many convenience stores like 7-Eleven, certain fast-food chains, and even some public buses.
