What I do find noisy on A320 series aircraft are the brake fans. Sometimes used on taxi out, and almost always used on taxi in, they can be very very noisy.

The noise level of Airbus A320 and Boeing 737-800 type aircraft, which are widely used in the medium category all over the world, is around 93-94 decibels.
However, because of the logarithmic scale used in reporting decibels, this means the Boeing is about 50% "louder" than the Embraer aircraft. Similarly, the 737 is 0.9 decibels louder than the A320, or about 10% "louder".
The source of certain Airbus planes' characteristic barking noise is a component known as the Power Transfer Unit (PTU). This is an element of the aircraft's hydraulic systems, and it facilitates the switching of power from one system to another in the event of a failure.
For example, the speed of sound at 30,000 feet is about 670 miles per hour, but an aircraft must travel at least 750 miles per hour (Mach 1.12, where Mach 1 equals the speed of sound) for a boom to be heard on the ground.
The A320 family of aircraft has flown over 100 million hours with an excellent safety record. The A320 has a low accident rate and a high reliability rate. The aircraft is equipped with advanced technology to help ensure a safe flight, including a full cockpit automation system and an advanced flight control system.
According to a June 2022 study on in-cabin noise in widebody aircraft, The Airbus A350 is slightly noisier than the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, although not by much at all. The aircraft incorporates advanced noise reduction technologies and sound-insulating materials to minimize engine noise and vibrations.
With a versatile cabin that can be configured for a variety of seating options, the A320 usually seats 140 to 170 passengers and has a maximum capacity of up to 180 travellers. The A320 also has an extremely quiet cabin with an array of lighting options meaning it's easy to relax and enjoy the flight.
Airbus A380It is an aviation safety-focused aircraft that has never experienced a fatal crash. It has experienced 3 accidents and all of them were about engine problems that were put under control. In spite of the accidents, it has maintained its reputation as one of the safest commercial aircrafts to travel in.
During the day, when the air is warmer than the ground, noise energy from an airplane staying in the air, so while you can still hear it, it seems quieter. Conversely, at night, when the ground is warmer than the air, the noise is drawn down, making it seem louder.
The influence of atmospheric conditionsTemperature, wind speed and direction, humidity, rain and cloud-cover all have a part to play in the way we hear aircraft noise. The reverberation of sound waves caused by the weather can make noises seem louder.
Orders and deliveries. The A320 family, which includes the A318, A319, A320, and A321 variants, has consistently been one of the best-selling aircraft families in the world. As of September 2021, Airbus had received over 16,873 orders for the A320 family, with more than 10,798 aircraft delivered.
As of August 2023, the global A320 fleet had 99.7 percent operational reliability in the last 12 months and completed more than 167 million flights over 307 million block hours since its entry into service.
