Is Aeromexico more expensive than Volaris?

However, Aeromexico is triple the cost for a worse time and doesn't even include baggage. I searched old posts and find very mixed reviews on the other airlines. I would lean towards Volaris for timing and price even with the premium (carry on and checked bags) is half of Aeromexico base rate.
