Is AeroMexico the same as Volaris?

Fleet size and capacity Volaris and Viva Aerobus have the second and third-largest fleets in Mexico, behind legacy carrier Aeromexico (which has about 154 planes). Both ultra-low-cost carriers operate with an Airbus A320-based fleet and are receiving new aircraft from the European manufacturer.

However, Aeromexico is triple the cost for a worse time and doesn't even include baggage. I searched old posts and find very mixed reviews on the other airlines. I would lean towards Volaris for timing and price even with the premium (carry on and checked bags) is half of Aeromexico base rate.
