Is Beach Club closer to EPCOT than BoardWalk?

Disney's Beach Club is a little closer than Yacht Club and BoardWalk to the International Gateway entrance for EPCOT. While the distance may seem negligible to the naked eye, the few extra steps saved at the end of a long night in the Park really makes a difference when our dogs are barkin'!

Yes, Disney's Beach Club Resort is technically closer to the EPCOT International Gateway entrance than Disney's BoardWalk Inn. For guests staying at the Beach Club, the walk to the park's secondary entrance—located between the United Kingdom and France pavilions in the World Showcase—is approximately 5 to 10 minutes depending on which wing of the resort you are departing from. In contrast, the walk from the BoardWalk Inn lobby typically takes about 10 to 15 minutes, as guests must cross a bridge and navigate the length of the boardwalk itself. While both resorts are considered "EPCOT area" hotels and offer premier proximity, the Beach Club's physical footprint puts its lobby and several guest buildings just a few hundred yards from the turnstiles. This advantage makes the Beach Club an exceptionally popular choice for those who plan to spend most of their time dining at the various festivals held in the World Showcase throughout the year.
