Each individual Magic Key Pass is valid for only one guest, so if three guests would like to become Magic Key holders, then each guest would need to purchase their own individual Magic Key pass.

Guests who have purchased a Magic Key cannot have more than three uncancelled reservations or “no-shows.” After the third missed reservation, those Guests are blocked and cannot make any park reservations for 30 days.
Magic Key holders cannot purchase Disney Genie+ in advance. If the Magic Key holder is visiting multiple days in a row, they would need to purchase it each day once they are scanned into the park.
Your Inspire Key includes standard theme park parking for one standard vehicle per day, with the exception of blockout dates, at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, Pixar Pals Parking Structure, and Toy Story Parking Area.
Guests of Marriott properties, The Walt Disney World Swan and The Walt Disney World Dolphin, can also take advantage of early Individual Lightning Lane access. Note that you don't need to purchase Genie+ to buy Individual Lightning Lane passes. These two services are entirely separate.
