Is JustPark free?

JustPark is a free to use app and can be found in both the Google Play store and the Apple App store. The app requires you to enter some personal information which includes your name, email, car registration and a form of payment. Payment can be completed using either PayPal or by entering bank or credit card details.

We charge two sets of fees. The fees below we charge to the space owner for each booking. In addition, we charge the drivers a fee on top of the prices set by an owner. To cover the cost of processing your payment, we charge owners a 3% fee for each booking they receive.

Starting a parking session with JustPark is really simple. You can use the helpful search functions within the app or website to locate places to park or use the handy location ID signs located at parking bays that can be paid for instantly.

Tap the Enter location ID and pay button on the bottom of the home screen. Enter the four or six-digit ID of the car park you are in. This can be found on the payment kiosks spread throughout car parks.

You can sign up with your email address - or connect using your Gmail, Facebook or Apple account if you want to save time! There's no separate process for drivers and space owners. Once you've signed up, you can search for parking, create a listing to rent out your own parking space, or do both!

In cases where the booking is cancelled by the space owner or JustPark, a full refund will be made to your original payment method*, including the transaction fee.

By parking your vehicle in the Car Park you consent to us capturing, using and processing your VRM and personal details via CCTV and ANPR for enforcement purposes, to calculate the relevant parking tariff (if applicable) and to recover any outstanding Parking Charge.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the booking starts, you'll receive a full refund. In cases where the booking is cancelled by the space owner or JustPark, the full refund will also include the Transaction Fee.

Fees for successfully renting out your parking space To cover the cost of processing your payment, we charge owners a 3% fee for each booking they receive. When setting your price, you are setting the amount you will receive - so there will be extra fees the driver will pay on top of this.
