Slinky Dog Dash is a great ride with a popular theme (Toy Story). It's one of my favorite rides at Disney World, and I'm an adult with no particular attachment to Toy Story. It's a smooth, fun coaster that offers great views of the park.
Slinky Dog Dash can look as if it's going to be a truly intense experience. The track is elevated, without scenery or props or mountains or anything on either side of it. But surprise! It's a gentle ride, with turns, dips, and hills providing the excitement and a top speed of 40 mph.

What is this? If you can only ride Slinky Dog Dash once, I suggest skipping it while it's light out and coming back to it after dark. While there is more to see at Toy Story Land during the day, the nighttime feel is a bit more magical. It's cooler too, or (in the summertime at least) not so hot in the evening.

Best Seat: Our team definitely thinks there's a best seat on Slinky Dog Dash, though! And we're going with roller coaster rules on this one — sit in the back for the most thrilling experience. It feels like you're going faster because you've got the momentum of the rest of the cars in front of you.
Level 1 Priorities: Book These Rides First at Hollywood Studios. Level 1 priorities are attractions that run out of Genie+ return times quickly. At Hollywood Studios, there are 2 attractions that typically see their Genie+ spots disappear fast: Slinky Dog Dash and Millennium Falcon Smugglers Run.
Hollywood Studios has perhaps the most restrictions for those who are pregnant at Disney World, with a total of six rides featuring an advisory: Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. Slinky Dog Dash.
A: The most kid friendly Disney park is Magic Kingdom in Disney World. Magic Kingdom is the perfect park for little ones, as it has the most attractions without a height requirement. Magic Kingdom is also the Disney theme park with the massive Cinderella castle, which adds so much magic for little ones.
