Is the Piccadilly line running to Heathrow Terminal 3?

Serving Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, the Elizabeth Line now connects Heathrow with Central London, East London and Essex, along with Reading via changes. From 22 May 2023, four Elizabeth line trains per hour will run directly between Terminal 4 to Abbey Wood via Canary Wharf.
Heathrow Airport has three stations: Heathrow Terminals 1-2-3, Heathrow Terminal 4 and Heathrow Terminal 5. You can travel between the terminals free of charge. From all three Heathrow Airport stations, the Heathrow Express train runs direct to London Paddington station. It takes 15-21 minutes to complete the journey.
Piccadilly Line trains depart every 10 minutes or less, even during off-peak times, whereas the Elizabeth Line only runs twice an hour. Trains run from 05:00 am in the morning and the last train leaves just before midnight and overnight from Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday.
The Heathrow connect train is the stopping service and links the airport with local stations in west London. Heathrow Connect service takes around 25 minutes to get you to terminal 3 from London Paddington station. When leaving the train, you will see signage that will direct you to Heathrow terminal 3.
The Elizabeth Line journey is faster, but more expensive for the single fare. It is however step from from start to finish. The Piccadilly line journey is slower, cheaper, but not step free. The walk from either station is pretty much the same.

When will the service be complete? The final timetable is due to come into effect no later than May 2023. This will see the number of services running on the central section of the line between Paddington and Whitechapel increase to 24 per hour in peak times.
Trains depart every 30 minutes and it takes just 35 minutes to travel between Paddington Station and Heathrow. The Elizabeth Line is far less frequent than the Piccadilly Line which runs every 5-7 minutes, and slightly less frequent than the Heathrow Express which runs every 15 minutes.
Travel free on bus, tram, Tube, DLR, London Overground and Elizabeth line. You can travel free on TfL services with your Older Person's Freedom Pass from 09:00 weekdays and anytime at weekends and on bank holidays.
The Heathrow Express station is close to T3. Once you start down the ramp to the inter-terminal walkway it's only about 2 minutes to the station entrance. Add a couple more minutes to get from Arrivals to that ramp, plus 2-4 minutes to reach the platforms by lift or escalators.
