With Uber Pro, there are four status tiers: Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Uber Pro Tiers ExplainedThis tier – and its rewards – are available to all Uber drivers. The Gold tier requires 600 (or 300, depending on your area) points. The Platinum tier requires 1200 (or 600). The Diamond tier requires 1800 (or 1200).
You can't reload a gift card after it has been purchased, but you can add multiple gift cards to an Uber account. Each Uber account can hold a maximum limit of $2,000 in total gift card value. As you use up your credits, you can add more.

If the merchant makes such a request, a “hold” is placed on your Business Account balance for the amount of the preauthorization request (which may vary in some cases from the amount of the actual purchase, depending on the merchant or purchase type), until the preauthorized amount settles.
Qualified drivers will be able to access the Backup Balance in the event a purchase is declined due to insufficient funds. If all qualifications are met, a notification will display in your Uber Pro Card app stating that the Backup Balance is available to cover the amount of the declined transaction.
Points expire and reset to zero at the end of every Program Period. They do not carry over to the next Program Period. Points will count in the Program Period in which Uber processes the point (which may be the next Program Period).
