Tossa de Mar's weekly market is held every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. along the Rambla Pau Casals. The nearly 100 stalls are grouped into the following categories: Stalls selling fruit and vegetables, pickled foods, nuts, churros, cold meats and spices.

I would say that Lloret is not much bigger but Calella is more laid back and has a far more Spanish feel about it. Of the two I prefer Calella as Lloret is too in your face for my liking and the beach gets absolutely packed whereas there is always room to stretch out on Calella`s.
