Given Disneyland and Universal Studios is so popular among tourists to Los Angeles, you'd think there would be a shuttle from Disneyland to Universal Studios – but there isn't. However, you can book a private Disneyland to Universal Hollywood shuttle with a private vehicle and driver.



As of early 2026, there is no official, free shuttle service operated by Disney or Universal that connects the two Southern California resorts. Travelers must rely on third-party options or public transit. A significant shift occurred in early 2026 as the Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) system wound down its operations, leaving a gap in traditional shuttle services. Your most efficient options are now rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, which take about 45-90 minutes depending on notorious LA traffic and cost roughly $50-$90. For a more budget-friendly route, you can take the Metro Express Line 460 bus to downtown LA and transfer to the Metro B Line (Red) toward Universal City, though this can take over two hours. Private shuttle companies like Karmel Shuttle still offer pre-booked, paid transfers for families.
