On West Bay Beach special matting has been installed in August 2022 to provide wheelchair and buggy access to the beach.

It is located on the north west end portion of the island about 20 minutes from the Coxen Hole cruise ship port and 30 minutes from the Mahogany Bay Cruise Center.
West Bay Beach is approximately a 30-45 minute taxi ride from either the Coxen Hole or Mahogany Bay Cruise Ship piers. You can take a taxi, however we decided to take the local mini bus from Coxen Hole to West End and water taxi from West End to West Bay Beach.
