NAIA Terminal 2 operates domestic and international flights by Philippine Airlines or PAL, the national flag carrier. Terminal 2 is also known as the Centennial Terminal to commemorate the centennial year of declaration of Philippine independence.
Philippine Airlines operates both in Terminal 2 and in Terminal 1. Some flights labeled as Philippine Airlines are codeshare flights operated by other Airlines.

Under MIAA's Schedule and Terminal Assignment Rationalization (STAR) program, international flights will be reassigned to Terminals 1 and 3, which offer wider food, retail, and duty-free shopping options. NAIA Terminal 2, previously used exclusively by Philippine Airlines (PAL), will handle only domestic flights.
There is a complimentary shuttle service between the four NAIA terminals. To use it upon arrival, passengers should approach the Transfer Desk or Transit Area located after baggage claim in all the terminals. The landside road shuttle (fare P20) operates daily every 20 minutes from 0500 to 2300.
At the fourth level of NAIA Terminal 3, there is the Wings Transit Lounge, a 24-hour hotel with 17 sleep capsules, twin rooms and a family room, also equipped with showers and spa and massage area.
