What are the facilities in the USO lounge?

USO airport lounges are made to provide comfort to the military community on their journeys, no matter where they're going. At these lounges, which can be located before or after TSA security checkpoints, service members can find everything from free snacks and coffee to a comfy chair to take a quick nap.

The USO (United Service Organizations) lounge is a high-fidelity sanctuary for active-duty military members and their families, offering a range of "home away from home" facilities within major airports. Standard amenities include comfortable lounge seating, large-screen televisions with movie libraries, and high-speed Wi-Fi to help troops stay connected with loved ones. Most lounges provide a "Snack Bar" with complimentary food, coffee, and soft drinks. For those on long layovers in 2026, many USO locations offer dedicated "Quiet Rooms" or nap areas, and some even feature shower facilities and toiletry kits. Family-focused lounges often include children’s play areas and gaming consoles like Xbox or PlayStation to keep younger travelers occupied. These facilities are staffed by volunteers and funded by donations, ensuring that military members have a secure, quiet space to relax, recharge their devices, and wait for their next flight in a supportive environment that is strictly separated from the noise and chaos of the public terminal.
