In general the best days of the week to visit the Disney World parks are Tuesday and Wednesday. The reason being is many families find that you need an entire week for a Disney vacation and typically arrive on Saturday or Sunday. Which park is the best for thrill seekers? Although each park has something “thrilling”, we think Hollywood Studios is the best for adrenaline junkies. Not only does it have the most thrill rides overall, the ones it does have are some of the most intense of any in the parks.

There are some small pops of airtime, that butterflies-in-your-stomach, out-of-your-seat sensation. But they are not especially intense. There are also a few elements that deliver positive G-forces, the feeling of being pinned to the seat. Again, these forces are not particularly extreme.

As a general matter, Animal Kingdom is the park that requires the least strategy and is the easiest place to beat the crowds in all of Walt Disney World. It doesn't require Genie+ or Individual Lightning Lanes, and is pretty easy to knock out everything–and then some–if you stay for a full day.

You may be out of luck for purchasing Individual Lightning Lanes for any attraction if you're staying offsite on high crowd days. Rise of the Resistance used to be the clear winner of the popularity contest here, and that doesn't hold true anymore either. At all crowd levels, Flight of Passage sells out first.

Is Disney Lightning Lane Worth it Conclusion. As a general rule of thumb we do find the Disney World Lightning Lane to be worth it if you can find a way to save 60 minutes per attraction at a cost of under $11.00 per attraction.

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror If we're talking about the scariest rides at Disney World, I had to start with The Tower of Terror. I mean, it's all in the name! From the ghostly holograms, the 'death' defying drop(s) to the sinister theming, everything is designed to scare the Mickey outta you – and it really does.

If your child loves Rock N Rollercoaster, we think they will be ok on TRON Lightcycle Run. While this one does not go upside down, the speed certainly makes up for it! We'd stick with kids ages 8 and up.

TRON is most similar to the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster over at Hollywood Studios, which is also a catapult-launched, indoor coaster. TRON is by far the most intense coaster in the Magic Kingdom, although it doesn't have any loops or inversions.
