What are the requirements for the Disney College Program?

Must have completed at least one semester at an accredited U.S. college, university or higher education program by the time of the program arrival. Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization for the duration of the program. Disney does not sponsor visas for the College Program.

To participate in the Disney College Program (DCP) in 2026, you must meet four primary criteria. First, you must be currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-issuing college or university in the US and have completed at least one semester, or be a recent graduate within 24 months of your application. Second, you must be at least 18 years old at the time of your application. Third, you must possess the legal right to work in the United States (Disney does not sponsor visas for the standard DCP; international students must use the Cultural Representative Program). Finally, you must meet Disney’s "Look" standards and be willing to work in a variety of roles, including outdoors in the Florida heat. In 2026, the application process involves an initial web-based interview followed by a specialized virtual or phone interview with a recruiter. There is no specific GPA requirement, but you must be in "good academic standing" with your home institution to be eligible for the program's college credit options.
