What country is frozen ever after in EPCOT?

Frozen Ever After is located in the Norway pavilion of the World Showcase (“the countries”). Entering the park if you head to the World Showcase and turn left, Norway is the second pavilion. If you're heading to the park for rope drop, you'll head left with the guests going to Test Track.

Let's get one thing out of the way: there has never been a country that was removed from Epcot. All the countries that were originally there opening day — or added later on — remain in the park. The closest we get to a “removal” is perhaps Israel and Africa.

Royal Sommerhus is a character-greeting venue for Anna and Elsa. While Frozen was set in a fictional kingdom instead of Norway, we grudgingly concede that the meet and greet features traditional Norwegian architecture and crafts. Having visited Norway, we think Disney did a decent job when it comes to authenticity.

Is Epcot fun? For the right visitor, yes. If you're into rides more than general theme park merriment and atmosphere, we suggest skipping Epcot, as it doesn't offer as many thrills. However, families, foodies and world's fair enthusiasts will likely enjoy their time at this concept park.

In a post from Disney Imagineer Zach Riddley, he writes that “with the transformation now well under way” they have decided to close the EPCOT Experience and “make way for exciting new activities of the Odyssey pavilion to create a great experience for our guests.”

The current typical hours at Epcot are 9AM to 9PM. Hours can vary beyond that—for example, there are some dates with 10AM openings or 9:30PM closes.
