What days can you go to Knotts without a chaperone?

Knott's Berry Farm updated their chaperone policy on Friday, stating that it will no longer be in effect on Saturdays. The chaperone policy was implemented back on July 22, 2022, following the events of unprofessional behavior and fights between teenagers that took place on July 16, 2022.

Guests ages 15 years old or younger who are found inside the park unaccompanied by a chaperone will be subject to ejection. This chaperone requirement applies to all Knott's Berry Farm, Knott's Scary Farm and Soak City Waterpark ticket and season passholders.

Due to rider restraint requirements, guests of exceptional size may not be accommodated on some of our attractions. This may apply, but not be limited to, guests who exceed 6' 2 or those who exceed 250 pounds (some attractions may have lower weight restrictions), have a 46 waistline or 54 chest.

Costumes that conceal identity are prohibited. Rides and attractions may also have additional restrictions on dress attire. Themed outfits/attire may be prohibited during evening Halloween events.

After wandering through the classic swinging saloon doors, mosey on up to the counter where the barkeep can fix you a drink. Adults can find alcoholic beverages including beer and wine, while younger cowpokes may fancy a sarsaparilla or boysenberry punch. Be sure to ask your bartender about any “signature” drinks!

With a lot of asphalt and not much shade, hats and sunscreen are essential in the Southern California sun at Knott's. Layered clothing is helpful in the cool mornings and warmer afternoons. Bring something to secure your hat while on the faster rides, or wear one you can stuff into a pocket.

Please report lost children to a Cast Member so Disneyland Resort security personnel can assist you. Children who become separated from their parents while in the park will be escorted to the nearest Baby Care Center and Lost Children facility by a Cast Member.
