On MSC World Cruise the Dine & Drinks package is included. It includes: house wines, draught beer, soft drinks and mineral water that can be consumed during lunch and dinner in our main restaurants and in the buffet.

Is food included on a cruise? You do not have to pay for food on a cruise – but you might want to. Unless you're sailing on an all-inclusive luxury cruise ship, you'll find two types of restaurants on board a cruise ship: free venues and extra-charge, specialty restaurants.
Is there free ice creams included in your drinks package on MSC? Everybody does love soft serve ice cream. There are some free soft serve on the bigger ships that are vanilla or chocolate. Other than that Ice cream is only included only for children as part of the minor package and the non alcoholic package.
MSC ships have complimentary food venues to satisfy a wide range of palettes and preferences, including a large buffet and main dining room, which provides meals all day, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Tea, coffee, iced tea, juice, and water are free onboard, although bottled water is an extra charge.
Free Food on Cruises: Meals are free of charge in cruise ship main dining rooms, buffets and select specialty venues such as Princess' International Cafe, Carnival's Blue Iguana Cantina and Guy's Burger Joint, Royal Caribbean's Park Cafe and Boardwalk Dog House and Norwegian's O'Sheehan's.
You can order several entrees if you want, or even several appetizers. The wait staff will bring you anything on the menu in pretty much any quantity. If the dish you have been given is distasteful to you in anyway don't feel you have to eat it.
There are fees for accessing some areas of the ship, including limited-access sundecks and some spa pools. Services like laundry and dry cleaning, baby-sitting, baby care items ordered in advance, and some fitness classes may also show up on your bill as extras.
Coffee, tea, juice, and non-bottled water are included in your cruise fare. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic packages are available on most cruise lines for an additional charge. Alternatively, beverages can be ordered and paid for separately with an average gratuity of 15-18% added to your bill.
At dinner, dress codes will vary daily, among the following: Casual: Slacks and sport shirt for men (no jeans); slacks and blouse, sundress or pantsuit for women. Informal: Jacket with or without tie for men; dress or pantsuit for women. Formal: Dark suit or tuxedo for men; evening gown or cocktail dress for women.
Like many other cruise lines, MSC Cruises drink packages are unlimited. This means that guests can enjoy an unlimited number of both alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages each day. However, guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.
