What do you wear to Splash Country?

Keep in mind only swimsuits are allowed on the rides at Dollywood Splash Country. This means that any clothing with buckles, denim, corduroy or cutoffs are not allowed while riding the rides. Additionally, shirts are not allowed on any water slide, no exception.

The cast member said it happens once in a while. On Splash Mountain, you can sit in the back, a lot less water but your shoes will still get wet. I wear flip flops on this ride and put my wallet in a ziploc bag. Even in the front, I've never had my face get so wet it ruined my makeup.

Wearing a good pair of tennis shoes at the park is without a doubt, the best option for your theme park adventures. With a good pair of tennis shoes, you can make it through the day without any issues.

Weight doesn't matter but body dimensions do. If you don't fit you don't fit. It's more about the restraint system (lap bar, over shoulder, over shoulder lap bar, etc) being able to contain you properly while still locking in securely. I see a lot more rides with test seats at the entrance now.
