What does 2-day park hopper mean?

Guests with a Park Hopper ticket will select the first theme park they wish to visit to begin their day, then they can visit the other park later that day after 11:00 a.m. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.

A "2-Day Park Hopper" is a specific type of Disney theme park ticket that allows you to visit multiple parks on the same day for a duration of two days. For example, at Walt Disney World, this ticket would allow you to start your morning at Magic Kingdom and then "hop" over to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios in the afternoon. In 2026, the "Park Hopper" rules have been simplified: after entering your first park, you can generally move to any of the other three parks at any time of day, subject to capacity. The "2-Day" portion means you have two separate days of access, which usually must be used within a specific "validity window" (typically within 4 or 5 days of your first use). This ticket is ideal for travelers who want to maximize their limited time, allowing them to catch the morning shows in one park and the evening fireworks in another, providing significantly more flexibility than a standard "Base" ticket that limits you to one park per day.
