What is being built behind Spaceship Earth at Epcot?
Eventually, once you exit Spaceship Earth, you'll enter a brand-new area called Dreamers Point. It will have a statue dedicated to the original dreamer — Walt Disney. The large EPCOT logo in the center will be surrounded by various gardens that will change with the different festivals.

With any attraction that has been around as long as this one has, closures are a necessary part of ensuring the ride can be enjoyed by fans for many more years to fans. Guests have noticed that Space Mountain is showings its age, so while it is sad, a closure was definitely expected by a lot of fans.
Fly Around Disney World in HelicoptersThis new service is a faster and more convenient option for guests. The helicopters will transport guests between Disney's various parks and resorts. Each of Disney's four theme parks will have a helicopter pad added near the entrance of the park.
When it comes to attractions, Epcot will have more to do in 2023 than it did in the last few years. Plus, Epcot has better atmosphere and food options than any other park at Walt Disney World, which is especially true and important as the phased reopening continues.
