What is Finding Nemo at Epcot?

Go under the sea—without getting wet—on this gentle ride based on Disney and Pixar's Finding Nemo, which finds Nemo lost again.

The Seas with Nemo & Friends at EPCOT is a gentle, family-friendly "dark ride" located in the World Nature section of the park. Guests board "Clamobiles" and are transported through an underwater adventure that blends physical sets with digital projections of characters from the Disney-Pixar film. The ride's narrative follows a search for Nemo through coral reefs and jellyfish fields, culminating in a spectacular finale where the animated characters appear to swim alongside real-life sea creatures in one of the world's largest saltwater aquariums (a 5.7-million-gallon tank). It is a "continuous loader" ride with no height requirement, making it perfect for toddlers and guests seeking a break from the heat. After the ride, guests exit into the SeaBase aquarium, where they can explore massive viewing galleries featuring sharks, manatees, and sea turtles, as well as participate in interactive "fins-on" learning activities about marine biology and ocean conservation.
