What is the best Disney park without rides?

When I've gone with non-riders they seem to enjoy the Animal Kingdom (shows, animal tours and interactions, serene environment), Seaworld, MGM studios, and Epcot. Any one of these parks will offer a full and satisfying day without riding. Downtown Disney and "Cirque" are also an option.

I would suggest Epcot Center and the Studios. Both have a lot of rides, shows and sites to see. They will keep you busy and entertained the whole day. I have to agree with the others: don't leave off Magic Kingdom because you don't have kids.
