Come on SaturdaysSaturday is changeover day in the summer houses and therefore we typically have fewer guests in LEGOLAND on weekends during our high season. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are typically our busiest days.

Plan which day you will visitSaturdays are a good day to visit. This is often the day that families change over in the accommodation, either leave or arrive and so the park isn't at it's busiest (the busiest days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
Nice place to spend 1 day with your kids. In my opinion it's for kinds max 8-9 yrs old. The food everywhere is fast food and heavy, might want to carry some healthy staff for your kids.
We waited until our kids were 8 and 10, which seems to be the perfect age to appreciate Legoland (including MiniLand) and be able to ride all the rides.

You can really enjoy all LEGOLAND has to offer in a single day. If you decide to visit all three parts of LEGOLAND (main park, water park and aquarium) go for two days. Dedicate one to the main park and the other to the aquarium and water park. Hours – Most days include hours from 10am-5pm.
If you wish to leave LEGOLAND and return again on the same day, you must contact the gate keepers at the entrance and receive a stamp on your hand before you leave. You cannot scan your ticket or season pass twice on the same day.
LEGOLAND® Billund Resort welcomes you with high-speed action and excitement for the whole family. More than 50 exciting rides and plenty of fun events are waiting just for you.

Legoland can be a fun day trip for adults even if you have no kids to accompany you :). If you have grown up playing with Lego blocks or are simply an adult who appreciates how learning can be fun, Legoland will not fail to impress you. I went there with two friends.
Our Park was designed for our young families in mind. We do keep shorter hours, so that our youngest fans can enjoy a lovely day at the Park without the stress of late evening hours. Parents can also elect to have their child stay on a ride, so that parents can take turns riding with them if they have only one child.
Kids ages 2 and younger are free at both parks. Is LEGOLAND as crowded as Disneyland? Nope!Even on its most crowded days, LEGOLAND still doesn't get the same crowds as Disneyland.

If you're staying a week, i would definitely go 2 days to Legoland as there is not much else that's really interesting. Apart from Lego house that is! We did 1 day park, 1 day house, 1 day park last visit and it really worked for us.
We also felt the park felt fresher and better maintained than Windsor, despite being older. I am not sure we would feel two days in Windsor worthwhile, but I would certainly recommend two in Billund. If you are a Lego fan who fancies a change, I would thoroughly recommend heading to Legoland Billund.
So you can do LEGOLAND in 1 day, and rush through everything, or 2 days, and take your time. The benefit of taking your time is that you can see the shows, play with the Legos, play on the structures, etc and not feel pressured.
