What is the cancellation policy for Wanna Get Away Southwest?
Wanna Get Away® and Wanna Get Away Plus® tickets are non-refundable. The value of the ticket will be converted to a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit™(depending on the fare) that you can use to buy a future flight.

You can change or cancel your flight up until 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. For example, if you had a flight scheduled to depart at 8 a.m., you'd have until 7:50 a.m. to make changes or cancel the flight.

Re: Saving SeatsUnfortunately, there's no policy to enforce. Officially, Southwest has no policy for or against seat saving, and in practice actively allows it. Reps will even suggest that passengers save seats for later boarding companions.
