What is the difference between the coral and the royal at the Atlantis in the Bahamas?

Royal Towers is closer to the water Park Aquaventure. Coral Towers is closer to the Marina and the off-property restaurants/shopping plaza/market. Neither property is right on the beach but parts of Coral Towers is very close to the beach by Beach Towers.
