Though they share a property and the same "Deluxe" location between EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, the Swan and Dolphin have distinct differences. The Swan is the smaller, more intimate of the two, featuring Queen-sized beds in its standard rooms and a more "boutique" or corporate feel; it is generally quieter and preferred by adults. The Dolphin is significantly larger, serving as the main hub with more dining options (including the famous Shula's Steak House), a larger lobby, and the main convenience store (Fuel). Rooms at the Dolphin typically have Double-sized beds, which can be a deciding factor for families. Architecturally, the Swan is topped by 47-foot swan statues, while the Dolphin features 56-foot dolphin statues. Because they are operated by Marriott rather than Disney, both allow guests to earn and use Marriott Bonvoy points, yet they still receive most Disney "Deluxe" perks, such as Extended Evening Hours and complimentary Disney water taxi transportation to the nearby theme parks.
