What is the least crowded beach access on 30A?

The following have direct beachfront as part of the park: Grayton Beach State Park, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and Deer Lake State Park. These are such treasures; if you want a less crowded public beach on 30A, this is where to be. These state parks each have the dune lakes that 30A is known for.

The beach was so crowded that you literally had maybe one foot between you and the stranger next door. Everyone is very nice and cordial, just know you will have zero space. The umbrella rentals are pretty steep, so be prepared. It's a lovely beach but it's way past capacity for spring break.
