Or, if you're someone who doesn't love the idea of standing amongst thousands of other people all day long, an After Hours event may be an enticing option.
Unfortunately, there isn't an option to visit for a half or partial day. I would suggest that you consider adding another day to your existing ticket if a theme park reservation is available for the half-day you would like to visit.
The typical hours for Magic Kingdom's are 8AM or 9AM to 10PM or 11PM, but hours vary even beyond that. So, how much does it cost to rent out Disney World for the day? The cost to do this will run in the $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 range to rent out a Disney World park, depending on the park as well as the time of the year.
I am happy to inform you that not only is this allowed, but I also use this as a good strategy to get the most out of my Disney day! Personally, I find it a great idea to take an afternoon break back at my Disney Resort hotel and then head back to the theme park later to enjoy that park's evening festivities.
