What is the new ride at Disneyland California 2023?

NEW Rides at Disneyland- Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway is one of the brand new rides at Disneyland which opened on January 27th 2023.

The major "new" attraction that debuted at the Disneyland Resort in 2023 was Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, located in the newly reimagined Mickey's Toontown at Disneyland Park. This trackless dark ride uses state-of-the-art projection mapping and "2.5D" technology to put guests inside a whimsical Mickey Mouse cartoon short. While the ride itself opened early in the year, the entire Toontown land underwent a massive "soft-surface" renovation later in 2023 to include more interactive play areas. Additionally, over at Disney California Adventure, San Fransokyo Square (a retheming of Pacific Wharf based on Big Hero 6) also officially opened in the summer of 2023. As we move into 2026, the resort has continued to evolve, with the recent 2024 opening of Tiana's Bayou Adventure (replacing Splash Mountain) now serving as the park's premier updated water attraction.
