What is the temporary flexible refund policy for Disney?

Guests with eligible bookings who have a qualifying COVID-19-related health concern within 14 days of their sailing can receive a refund in their original form of payment without Disney-imposed cancellation fees, or apply their cruise fare toward a future sail date.
