What is unaccompanied service?

In most cases, children between the age of five and 11 are required to use the unaccompanied minor service. Between the age of 12 and 18, this service is optional. The unaccompanied minor service gives parents and guardians that extra peace of mind by supporting them and their child with a more dedicated service.
