What level is arrivals at Heathrow Terminal 5?

Heathrow terminal 5 arrivals are located on ground level for both international and domestic flights.

At London Heathrow Terminal 5, the Arrivals hall is located on Level 0 (the Ground Floor). When you exit the aircraft, you will typically follow signs for "Arrivals" and "Baggage Reclaim." If you arrived at the satellite terminals (5B or 5C), you will take an automated underground transit train to the main terminal building (5A). After passing through Passport Control and picking up your luggage in the reclaim hall, you will walk through Customs and emerge into the public Arrivals concourse on the ground floor. From this level, you have immediate access to taxis, local buses, and the Heathrow Express and Elizabeth Line elevators. If you are meeting someone, the "meeting point" is also on this level, often near the Costa Coffee or the M&S Simply Food. If you need to head to the "Departures" level to catch a flight, you would take the elevators or escalators up to Level 5.
