What level is arrivals at Terminal 3 Heathrow?

Heathrow Terminal 3 is an airport terminal at Heathrow Airport, serving London, the capital city of the United Kingdom. Terminal 3 is currently used as one of the main global hubs of the International Airlines Group members British Airways and Iberia since 12 July 2022.

At London Heathrow Terminal 3 in 2026, Arrivals is located on the Ground Floor (Level 0). When you land, you will follow signs for "Arrivals" which will lead you through Passport Control and then down to the Baggage Reclaim hall, also on the Ground Floor. Once you clear customs, you will emerge into the public arrivals greeting area where there are coffee shops, currency exchanges, and car rental desks. The Underground (Piccadilly Line) and Elizabeth Line stations are accessible from this level via elevators and moving walkways. If you are meeting someone, the arrivals hall is clearly divided into "International" and "UK/Ireland" exits. Conversely, the Check-in area is on the Ground Floor, but the Departures Lounge (after security) is on the First Floor (Level 1). Always allow time for the elevators during peak 2026 travel hours.
