Where are arrivals in Heathrow?

Simply follow the yellow signs to Arrivals/Baggage reclaim then all routes will lead you to the Arrivals Hall in the main terminal building (A gates). If you have arranged for someone to meet you this is where they will be waiting for you.

At London Heathrow (LHR) in 2026, the location of "Arrivals" depends strictly on your terminal. In Terminal 2 (The Queen's Terminal), International Arrivals are located on Level 1, while the meeting point is opposite the exit near Travelex. In Terminal 3, the Arrivals building is on the Ground Floor, featuring a large seating area near Costa Coffee. In Terminal 4, Arrivals are also on the Ground Floor, near the WHSmith shop. Finally, Terminal 5 features two separate meeting points on the Ground Floor, typically signposted as "North" and "South" arrivals. Upon landing, you will follow signs for "Baggage Reclaim" and "Way Out," which lead you through Passport Control/Immigration first. Once you have your bags, you pass through Customs and emerge into the public "Arrivals Hall," where you will find onward transport options like the Heathrow Express, the Elizabeth Line, and the London Underground. Each hall is well-equipped with rental car counters, currency exchanges, and cafes for those waiting for their ride.
