What time can I buy lightning lane?

For individual Lightning Lane purchases, guests of a Disney Resort hotel and other select hotels* may make their first purchase starting at 7:00 am on the day of their visit. All other Guests can make their first purchase during normal park opening hours.



In 2026, the timing for purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Single Pass depends on where you are staying. If you are a guest at a Disney Resort hotel (or other select hotels like Shades of Green and the Swan & Dolphin), you can begin making your purchases and selections at 7:00 AM Eastern Time, exactly 7 days prior to your check-in date. This allows you to book for your entire length of stay (up to 14 days). For all other guests, the window opens at 7:00 AM Eastern Time, but only 3 days prior to their park visit, and they must book day-by-day. It is highly recommended to have the My Disney Experience app updated and your payment method linked before the 7:00 AM mark, as the most popular attractions—such as Tiana's Bayou Adventure or Slinky Dog Dash—can see their best time slots disappear within seconds of the window opening.

You can book your first Genie+ Lightning Lane selection at 7:00 am, no matter what time the park opens. This time applies whether you're staying in a Disney-owned resort or other off-property hotel.
