The themed gondolas are fun to see gliding across the sky and riding in one adds an extra bit of pixie dust to your day. The operating hours for Disney Skyliner vary based on theme park hours, but they typically start running around 8:00 AM and go until 10:00 PM.



The Disney Skyliner generally begins operation one hour before "Early Theme Park Entry" starts at EPCOT or Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Depending on the season in 2026, this usually means it starts running between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. The system typically closes 90 minutes after the parks officially close. On nights when EPCOT offers "Extended Evening Hours" for Deluxe Resort guests, the Skyliner remains open for an additional hour after those hours conclude. It is important to note that the Skyliner is subject to closure during high winds or lightning within a certain radius, in which case Disney provides complimentary bus transportation. Additionally, the Skyliner usually undergoes a scheduled annual refurbishment in late January (for 2026, this is set for January 25–31), during which it is completely closed.
