What time does Disneyland ticket booth close?

If you'll be at the resort this Saturday, September 11, regular theme park hours on the day of your visit are 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. at Disneyland Park. I would expect the ticket booths to open around 7:00 a.m. and close by 11:00 p.m.

At the Disneyland Resort in California, the main ticket booths located in the Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure typically close one hour before the latest park closing time. For example, if Disneyland Park is scheduled to close at midnight, the ticket booths will generally remain open until 11:00 PM. However, it is important to note that most guests in 2026 use the Disneyland app to purchase tickets and manage their mandatory "Park Reservations" in real-time, making the physical booths less crowded but still necessary for resolving specific ticketing issues or military and group sales. During "Disney After Hours" events or other special ticketed nights, a few dedicated booths may stay open slightly later to assist guests arriving for the party. If you are arriving late in the day just to pick up a "Magic Key" or resolve a technical error, it is best to aim for at least two hours before park closing to ensure you have enough time before the staff transitions for the night. Note that some smaller ancillary booths in the Frontierland or Tomorrowland areas of the parks have been phased out in favor of digital-first guest service "umbrellas."

You can purchase tickets at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth located in the Esplanade between the two park entrances. While buying in person is possible, I highly recommend that you purchase your tickets ahead of time to avoid the worry of being able to get same-day reservations.
